We practice evidence-based medicine, with an emphasis on prevention and education to empower patients to take charge of their health. From infants to the elderly and the common cold to chronic conditions, you can count on Wellcare Family Clinic to be there when you need us.
Wellcare Family Clinic providers are primary care providers. We are your first stop when you are sick, in need of monitoring for a chronic health condition like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or congestive heart failure or in need of other healthcare services; including annual physical, immunizations, prescription refills, cold or flu symptoms, a sore throat, minor injuries.
Our providers also make sure you are up to date on your preventive health services such as mammograms, pap smear or colorectal cancer screenings.
Because we are FMCSA certified medical providers, we also provide required DOT physical examination for commercial drivers licensing.
Most of these services we provide could be done either at our physical location or through our virtual service platform. We can assess, diagnose and prescribe medication for most common medical conditions with our telehealth system.
